It is difficult to get timely appointments, they are usually given several days ahead.

Easy to contact.
Helpful Reception Staff.
Quick Appointments.
Clean and welcoming centre.
Easy access to Pharmacy for prescriptions.

Very difficult to get an on the day appointment, even when phoning at 08.00. After about ten mins on hold the phone cuts out and you have to phone again.
See a different Doctor every time- Most seem to be Locums.
Have been prescribed a medication I do not want to take after collecting the prescription from Pharmacy and reading the risks in the documentation- Doctors are in too much of a rush to explain things therefore waste of money as Pharmacy does not refund.
Been prescribed only three days worth of anti biotics so had to get a second prescription resulting in a further trip to the Doctors to get a second Prescription and having to pay £16.40 just for a full weeks worth of anti biotics.
Some receptionist staff unhelpful and unfriendly.
On one occasion waited almost an hour after arriving at Surgery- eventually asked Reception why people who were arriving after me were seeing the Doctor before me and the Receptionist said she had 'forgotten to check me in' on the system. No regard for other people's time.

I am unable to make any suggestions because I have only ever received an exemplary service. All staff have been superb.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. When visiting the Surgery you never have to wait too long to be seen and its a nice environment to wait in, Plenty of helpful information and leaflets and convenient to have a pharmacy available. Only issue is getting appointments as can be difficult to book on the day and as a full time working person it would be useful to have early morning or late evening appointments available.
